Additives which we do not use

The Bioness Cell Protection Cream is of high quality and therefore free form perfumes, emulsifying agents, preservatives, mineral oils, PEGs, colorants and lanoline.

Free from perfumes By omitting fragrances the unnecessary irritation potential is avoided and the skin friendly effect is significantly increased.

Free from emulsifying agents Emulsifying agents are technical additives and in the classical cosmetics assume the work of binding water with fat components, so that a cream or lotion can be obtained. If emulsifying agents in a cosmetic product come in contact with the skin, they can dissolve the skin fat and cause irritations. For that reason the Bioness Cell Protection Cream without emulsifying agents is especially skin tolerant.

Free from preservatives Most skin irritations from cosmetic applications are caused by preservatives. Bioness products do not contain preservatives and therefore are extraordinarily tolerant in the case of very sensitive skins. Conservation is achieved by a sophisticated selection of raw materials and active agents, which protect themselves against germs. Bottled in special vacuum dispensers the shelf-life amounts to over 30 months.

Free from PEG PEG compounds (PEG = Polyethyleneglycol) are ecologically disputed and can be classified as harmful to health. Often they are used as solution mediators of raw materials. PEG compounds should not be used as raw substances in natural cosmetics. The Bioness Cell Protection Cream does not contain PEGs.

Free from colorants The Bioness Cell Protection Cream is free from synthetic colorants. Colorants in cosmetic products are unnecessary and can cause irritations and only serve as optical improvement of the product.

Free from lanoline and animal raw materials Wool fat is not used in the production of the Bioness Cell Protection Cream. Wool fat can also be contaminated with pesticides and is not used as a raw substance for the Bioness Cell Protection Cream, as well as all other animal substances, like collagen or placenta.

Free from mineral oils Mineral oils, Vaseline and silicon oils are not biological skin-based substances. The extended use of products with mineral oils can have a negative influence on the skin function and restrict the skin breathing. A long-time use of cosmetics with mineral oils can lead to skin irritations. The aforementioned raw materials are not used in Bioness products.
